These terms cover EbookIndie PDF Tools, including the PDF and image tools, in a browser or installed web app. The service is managed by Heru Wijaya in Kuala Pembuang, Seruyan, Central Kalimantan, Indonesia.

All available tools and result downloads are free, with no account or daily usage quota. Each task has a total file-size limit and a maximum number of files. Processing also depends on available device memory and browser support.

MB uses 1,000,000 bytes. A compression target applies to each output file, not the combined size of a ZIP.

- Use documents that you own or are authorized to process. Respect copyright, privacy, and other people’s rights.
- Do not use the tools for unlawful document alteration, deception, or attacks on the service.
- Keep your original files and review the output before submitting or sharing it.
Understanding the result
- A compression target is a goal, not a guarantee. Some files are already compact. Stronger image-page compression can lower quality and remove selectable text, links, or interactive forms.
- Editing a signed PDF can invalidate its existing digital signature. A watermark is a visual mark, not a guarantee against copying.
- The tools do not certify document authenticity or guarantee acceptance by an employer, agency, or upload portal. Follow the recipient’s current requirements.
- Processing may fail on damaged, unsupported, or protected files. The tools do not promise to recover damaged files or remove password protection.
Optional donations and advertising
Donations support development and are optional. Donating is not a purchase, does not unlock higher limits, and is not required to download results. Choose your own amount through QRIS or PayPal and check the recipient before confirming. Payment records and status are handled by the provider. Contact us about a donation issue with only the relevant transaction details.
Advertising, when enabled and available, is labelled separately from tool controls. Ads are not endorsements of the advertised offer, and clicking an ad is not a condition for using the tools.

Internet is required to access the service. An installed shortcut uses the same web tools. Features may change or be temporarily unavailable during maintenance; significant changes will be reflected in this guide and the policy update date. These terms do not remove rights that apply under law.
