How to use: Sign PDF
- Select a PDF. Use the left thumbnails or bottom arrows to change pages.
- Choose Text or Date, then tap the page. Double-click text or choose Edit text; alignment and line spacing are in Properties.
- Choose Signature to open the drawing area. After drawing, press × to close and insert the signature at the center of the visible page area. Closing an empty canvas inserts nothing.
- Select the signature to adjust palette or HEX color, stroke width, position and size. Uploaded images keep their original colors.
- Use Ctrl + mouse wheel or a two-finger pinch for 10–300% zoom, or Fit page/width. Delete removes the selected object; while typing, Delete removes characters. Ctrl + Z undoes changes.
- Choose Save PDF at the bottom or in the menu, review and download the result. Start again is in the menu and asks for confirmation.
- When returning to this tool, choose Continue on a draft to restore your last work in the same browser.
Use it for your needs
Place a visual signature on a PDF using a typed name, an image, or a hand-drawn signature.
Draw clear strokes. A transparent PNG avoids a white background. Only sign documents you are authorized to sign. Editing may invalidate existing digital signatures. Drafts locally retain the source PDF, changes and page position: up to 3 drafts per tool, 100 MB each and 200 MB total. Undo history and clipboard are not saved. Drafts may disappear when browser data is cleared, storage is evicted or private browsing ends. Check the Draft saved message and download important results. Do not edit one draft in two tabs.
