Before choosing a product
Check the file language, format, page count, paper size, required software, and preview. An English product page does not necessarily include an English file.
9. Closed tab or lost access
Open the order page in the same browser, profile and device, then choose Open latest order. Access remains available while site data is retained and the download period is valid. Private browsing does not guarantee persistent access.
If access is unavailable, use Cannot open your order? with your backup link/code or supported payment details. Recovery matches a reference, amount and date; it does not automatically accept every screenshot, RRN or app ID. Do not buy again just to recover access.
6. Paying with one phone
Choose a method available on Midtrans. Use the button to open your payment app when offered. For QRIS, save the complete QR image or a screenshot, then open a payment app that supports reading from the gallery. In GoPay: QRIS → Upload QR → select the image. Support varies by app.
Check the merchant name and amount before paying. Virtual accounts are available from Rp54,000; copy the number to the appropriate banking app. The store adds no payment fee to the order total.
A file will not open or does not match its description
Keep your order number and payment receipt. Include the product name, application/device, and error message. Use Order help on your order page to report a problem and read the store's reply. Hide personal information in screenshots. Damaged files, inaccurate descriptions, and duplicate payments are reviewed against the evidence.
Download period and your rights
For paid orders, the 24-hour download period starts once payment is verified and the first file is ready. Files already saved to your device remain usable. An expired download period does not remove your right to report a product problem or make a personal-data request.
