How to buy and download
Learn how to choose EbookIndie ebooks and templates, check file languages and formats, view previews, and keep your files and order access.
1. Browse the collections
Open Ebooks for fiction and nonfiction, or Digital products for planners, printables, documents, and templates. Use the available search and filters. Original product titles remain visible on English pages so that products are easy to identify.
2. Check details and file language
Read the description, page count, format, required application, and file language. PDFs normally open in a PDF reader; DOCX files in Microsoft Word; spreadsheets and designs need compatible software. Check any additional file options. Translating a product page does not change the purchased file.
3. View the preview
Use the available preview to assess content and layout. It may contain selected pages rather than the complete product. Print printables at actual size or 100% and check your printer margins. Substituted fonts in editable files can change the layout.
4. Review your order
Check the product, format and total before paying. A name is required only for PDFs with a name watermark. No account, email or WhatsApp is required.
5. Saved order access
Order access is saved automatically when browser storage succeeds. If it fails, save the access link or file before paying. Keep backup access private if you want to use another browser or device.
6. Paying with one phone
Choose a method available on Midtrans. Use the button to open your payment app when offered. For QRIS, save the complete QR image or a screenshot, then open a payment app that supports reading from the gallery. In GoPay: QRIS → Upload QR → select the image. Support varies by app.
Check the merchant name and amount before paying. Virtual accounts are available from Rp54,000; copy the number to the appropriate banking app. The store adds no payment fee to the order total.
7. Return and wait for your file
After paying, return to the order tab in the same browser through the app switcher or the return-to-store button, if offered. Not every payment app returns automatically. The status updates automatically while the page is active.
Successful payment does not always mean the file is ready immediately. Wait for preparation to finish and the Download file button to appear. If the connection drops, wait for it to reconnect. Do not pay again. If preparation fails, retry it or use Order help.
8. Download within 24 hours
The download period begins when the file first becomes ready after verified payment. The exact deadline is displayed in WIB (UTC+7). Reopening, recovery and repeated downloads do not extend this period. Saved files remain usable.
9. Closed tab or lost access
Open the order page in the same browser, profile and device, then choose Open latest order. Access remains available while site data is retained and the download period is valid. Private browsing does not guarantee persistent access.
If access is unavailable, use Cannot open your order? with your backup link/code or supported payment details. Recovery matches a reference, amount and date; it does not automatically accept every screenshot, RRN or app ID. Do not buy again just to recover access.
10. Use within the licence
Digital products are not shipped as physical goods. Use them for personal purposes or internally within your own class or institution, as stated on the product page.
