How to buy and download
  1. Check the product and total. Enter a name only when the PDF uses a name watermark.
  2. Pay using a method available on Midtrans. On one phone, use the button to open your payment app if available, or save the QRIS image and select it from the gallery in an app that supports this.
  3. Check the merchant name and amount before paying. Then return to the order tab in the same browser.
  4. The status updates automatically while the page is active. Wait for the file to be ready, then select Download file. Do not pay again.

In GoPay: QRIS → Upload QR → select the image. Gallery support varies by app. If you close the tab, reopen your latest order in the same browser.

Choose the payment method and follow the reference instructions. We match the reference, amount and completed payment date. Download recovery follows the download deadline. Support follows its reporting deadlines; existing reports can be reopened using the same payment details.

Use the order amount, excluding extra bank or app fees. If the status has not arrived, retry after payment verification. If the receipt only has an unsupported RRN or app ID, use your access link/code, previous browser or Help. EI order numbers and phone numbers cannot be used for recovery.

Scope

These terms explain use of EbookIndie's ebook and digital product catalogue. PDF Tools has separate terms and privacy information. The store is managed by Heru Wijaya in Kuala Pembuang, Seruyan, Central Kalimantan, Indonesia.

Product information and availability

Check the description, file language, format, preview, and compatibility before choosing. Prices are in Indonesian rupiah. Indonesian and English pages use the same underlying product, price, and files. Original titles are preserved. Purchases and free downloads are not currently open.

Usage permission

Products are digital files, with no physical shipment. Unless a product states otherwise, use is for personal purposes or internally within your own class or institution. Editable files may be adapted for those purposes. Do not resell or redistribute files or template links without the rights holder's permission.

Payments and access when available

Check your order details and payment mode before proceeding. A name is requested only for PDFs with a name watermark; checkout requires no email or phone number. Access is saved automatically when browser storage succeeds. If it fails, save backup access before paying. Paid-order downloads are available for 24 hours after payment is verified and the first file is ready. Recovery does not extend the download period; files already downloaded remain usable.

Problems and resolution

If a file is damaged, does not match its description, or a payment is duplicated, keep the evidence and report it through Order help or support email. The operator reviews the issue and an appropriate resolution. An expired download period does not remove your right to complain or receive a remedy under applicable rules.

Data processing is described in the privacy policy. Updates to these terms are recorded on this page and do not remove rights applicable to earlier transactions. Last updated 20 October 2026.

Before choosing a product

Check the file language, format, page count, paper size, required software, and preview. An English product page does not necessarily include an English file.

9. Closed tab or lost access

Open the order page in the same browser, profile and device, then choose Open latest order. Access remains available while site data is retained and the download period is valid. Private browsing does not guarantee persistent access.

If access is unavailable, use Cannot open your order? with your backup link/code or supported payment details. Recovery matches a reference, amount and date; it does not automatically accept every screenshot, RRN or app ID. Do not buy again just to recover access.

6. Paying with one phone

Choose a method available on Midtrans. Use the button to open your payment app when offered. For QRIS, save the complete QR image or a screenshot, then open a payment app that supports reading from the gallery. In GoPay: QRIS → Upload QR → select the image. Support varies by app.

Check the merchant name and amount before paying. Virtual accounts are available from Rp54,000; copy the number to the appropriate banking app. The store adds no payment fee to the order total.

A file will not open or does not match its description

Keep your order number and payment receipt. Include the product name, application/device, and error message. Use Order help on your order page to report a problem and read the store's reply. Hide personal information in screenshots. Damaged files, inaccurate descriptions, and duplicate payments are reviewed against the evidence.

Download period and your rights

For paid orders, the 24-hour download period starts once payment is verified and the first file is ready. Files already saved to your device remain usable. An expired download period does not remove your right to report a product problem or make a personal-data request.
